Ann Pickard has been decorating cakes commercially for more than 25 years, having started her training in a bakery in the South West of England.

Her style is quick and commercial with finished results that are professional and polished. Such is the appeal of Ann's style that she has become well known throughout the UK and has been teaching her techniques to adults and children for some 20 years.

She is particularly known for her sugarcraft modelling and wedding cake designs. Ann's models and cakes are instantly recognisable and appeal to experienced cake decorators and beginners alike.

Ann is the author of a range of popular books and regularly  develops new models and adds new titles to her portfolio.

She is a well respected sugarcraft modelling expert and spends a lot of time doing demonstrations; in person throughout the UK, on television and online - sharing the sugarcraft skills that have made her novelty style so recognisable and so appealing.
